Meet Jenn
Helping people discover who God created them to be.
For much of my early career, I built infrastructure. As a civil and environmental engineer, I spent years planning and designing systems that served communities. Later, I earned an MBA from UCLA and continued leading complex engineering and consulting projects.
But in 2006, my life took an unexpected turn.
After a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ, my definition of success was completely transformed. I realized that while I had been helping build cities, God was calling me to help build people.
That calling led me into full-time ministry, where for nearly a decade I served across multiple nations and cultures. I trained for discipleship, served with Bible translation efforts in Africa, mentored ministry leaders at a church in San Diego, and was later sent to northern Thailand, where I discipled local believers, developed emerging leaders, and coached missionaries serving throughout the region.
Across every assignment, one pattern became clear.
People weren't primarily struggling because they lacked ability. They struggled because they lacked clarity — clarity about who God created them to be, how He had uniquely shaped them, and where He was leading them next.
Those years of coaching, mentoring, and leadership development became the foundation of what is now the Pathfinder Framework.
When family circumstances required me to step away from international ministry, God led me back into engineering leadership in Texas, where I managed teams responsible for planning, designing, and delivering major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across North Texas. Even while working in the marketplace, I continued mentoring and coaching women through my local church, discovering that God's calling extends far beyond church walls.
In 2024, I returned to Shanghai to care for my aging parents. What initially appeared to be another unexpected transition has become another chapter in God's preparation. It has created the opportunity to devote myself fully to what I believe He has been building throughout every season of my life: helping believers discover their identity, discern His direction, and faithfully deploy their God-given calling.
Today, I serve as the founder of Pathfinder, where I integrate more than three decades of experience in engineering, executive leadership, cross-cultural missions, discipleship, coaching, and organizational development into one biblically-grounded framework for life transformation.
I believe God has intentionally woven together every chapter of my journey — not despite its changes, but through them. And I believe He is doing the same with yours.
