1

Belong

Secure Your Identity in Christ

Settle the foundation before building anything on it: you are chosen, adopted, and beloved before you produce a single thing. This stage isn't preparation for the real work — it's the ground everything else stands on.

Key Question
Do I know who I am apart from what I do?
Key Scripture
Ephesians 1:3–6
Outcome
You move from striving and proving your worth to living secure in being chosen, adopted, and loved.
2

Become

Form the Person God Is Creating

Let a settled identity reshape how you actually behave under pressure, not just what you believe about yourself on a good day. This stage isn't about arriving at competence — it's about becoming someone whose worth doesn't depend on the outcome.

Key Question
Who is God forming me to be?
Key Scripture
Romans 8:28–29 · Galatians 5:25
Outcome
Character formed before the assignment arrives, so it holds when tested.
3

Remember

Recover Your Story, Gifts, and Design

Trace God's faithfulness through your own story, not someone else's — the specific pattern of His presence in what you've actually lived. You'll leave with a documented evidence file you can return to whenever certainty runs thin.

Key Question
Can I trace God’s faithfulness through my own story?
Key Scripture
Psalm 103:1–5 · John 15:4–5
Outcome
A documented evidence file of God's pattern in your life.

Discern

4

Discern

Recognize God's Direction

Learn to test direction before committing to it — separating God's genuine leading from ambition, fear, and other people's expectations, three of the most common counterfeits for real guidance. This is discernment as a practiced skill, not a one-time feeling.

Key Question
Is this God's voice, or my own?
Key Scripture
James 1:5 · 1 John 4:1
Outcome
The confidence to tell God's leading apart from ambition or fear, long after this program ends.

Deploy

5

Steward

Align Your Life With What God Entrusted

Align your gifts, time, and influence with what you've actually discerned, not just what feels urgent or expected of you. Stewardship is where discernment either becomes real or stays theoretical.

Key Question
What has God entrusted to me, and how am I managing it?
Key Scripture
Luke 16:10 · Matthew 25:14–30
Outcome
A concrete 90-day plan aligning your values, talents, and gifts with what you've actually discerned.
6

Commission

Step Into Your Kingdom Assignment

Close the arc by being sent, not just informed — the difference between quietly knowing your direction and being formally released into it. This is where the whole process either becomes real or stays an idea.

Key Question
Am I ready to be sent, not just informed?
Key Scripture
2 Corinthians 5:17–20 · Matthew 28:18–20 (charge) · Numbers 6:24–26 (blessing)
Outcome
A signed commissioning statement and an accountability partner for what's next.

Who This Is For

This Process Is Designed For Women Who:

A Clear Distinction

Identity Before Calling Is Not

Not

  • Finding a job title
  • Chasing external success

  • Recognizing how your story fits His purposes
  • Walking faithfully in your unique assignment

The Biblical Foundation

Scripture Is Not a Citation. It's the Architecture.

“For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son…”

Romans 8:29

“He who believes in Me… out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”

John 7:38

“I… beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called.”

Ephesians 4:1

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart… and He shall direct your paths.”

Proverbs 3:5–6

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally… and it will be given to him.”

James 1:5
