Meet Jenn
Helping people discover who God created them to be.
Across every assignment — in ministry across three continents, and in engineering leadership in the marketplace — one pattern became clear. People weren't primarily struggling because they lacked ability. They struggled because they lacked clarity: about who God created them to be, how He had uniquely shaped them, and where He was leading them next.
I know that struggle from the inside. In 2006, after a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ, my definition of success was completely transformed. I realized that while I had been helping build cities, God was calling me to help build people.
That turn led me into nearly a decade of full-time ministry across multiple nations and cultures, discipling believers and developing leaders. Later, back in engineering leadership, I kept coaching and mentoring women through my local church — and learned that God's calling extends far beyond church walls. Those years became the foundation of what is now the Pathfinder Framework.
Today I lead Pathfinder full-time from Asia. I believe God has intentionally woven together every chapter of my journey — not despite its changes, but through them. And I believe He is doing the same with yours.
My Mission
To help believers discover their identity in Christ, discern God's direction with confidence, and deploy their lives for His Kingdom through biblically-grounded coaching, discipleship, and leadership development.
