Questions
What You're Probably Wondering
Is this a Bible study?
No. The Word of God anchors every session, but this is a facilitated transformation program with written instruments, assessments, homework, and accountability — closer to executive coaching than to a study group.
Who is this for?
Christian women who are competent and accomplished but sense a gap between what they're doing and what God is calling them to. If you want inspiration without doing the work, this isn't your program.
What's the time commitment?
Six facilitated sessions plus focused homework between sessions — the homework is where the transformation happens, and it is not optional. After graduation, Jenn checks in with you personally at 30, 60, and 90 days to see how the commitments you made are holding up.
How do I know if I'm ready?
Every applicant completes a readiness screening and a discovery call before enrolling. If the timing isn't right, Jenn will tell you honestly — the program only works with women who are ready to do the work.
Who is this NOT for?
This is not therapy or crisis care. If you're in an acute mental health crisis, please reach out to a licensed counselor first — this program isn't equipped for that, and Jenn will say so directly rather than pretend otherwise. It's also not for someone who wants a program to hand her a calling without doing the work — the transformation happens in the homework between sessions, not in the hours spent sitting in the room.
When is payment due if I'm accepted?
Payment is due within 5 business days of your discovery call, and no later than October 31, 2026 — one week before the cohort begins. This lets us confirm the final roster and get your welcome materials to you in advance.
What if I need to back out after being accepted, but before the cohort starts?
Your payment is non-refundable, but it isn't wasted — it transfers in full to the next available cohort. Seats are intentionally limited, and holding yours means someone else was wait-listed. If your season genuinely shifts, we'll move you to a later cohort.
What if my season changes after the cohort has already started?
Sessions already delivered are not refundable — this is a small group journey, not an à la carte purchase, and a facilitated seat can't be released once the cohort begins. If a real disruption hits mid-program, reach out directly; we'll work out together whether resuming with a future cohort is the right move.
What happens if Pathfinder needs to postpone or cancel a cohort?
If Pathfinder postpones or cancels, you'll receive a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort — your choice.
